For a sweet and salty treat at The Derby try toasted pecans! Take 4 cups of pecan halves, 1/4 cup butter, and 3 teaspoons of salt. Spread the pecans on a pan and bake for 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and mix with the butter and salt. Put them back in the oven at 250 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes - stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
